- legal entities having their registered offices in the Slovak Republic
The Global credit line in foreign currencies is primarily intended for clients with a sufficient collection in foreign currency on an account in Komerční banka Bratislava.

| Global credit line characteristics: |

Global credit line can be granted if a Frame agreement on the provision of financial services is concluded (Frame agreement). Based on this Frame agreement it is possible to draw one or more types of products included.
Through the Global credit line, you can attain: |

- some types of business loan:
- overdraft on the current account
- short-term loan with the maturity of each drawing at the option of the client, i.e. within one to three months
- short-term loan drawn on the Financial market with the maturity of each drawing at the option of the client, i.e. within one week to three months
- revolving loan for financing current assets
- discounted loan
- some types of Trade Finance products:
- short, medium or long-term bank guarantees
- documentary Letters of credit and Standby Letters of credit
- some types of Treasury products:
- Spot, Forward, FX Swap, Interest rate swap and FRA

| Global credit line will allow you to: |

- draw the respective product provided that the aggregate amount of drawings do not exceed the respective limit or sub-limits stated in the Frame agreement
- draw the respective products in several different currencies.
