	General terms for the users of KB Bratislava internet pages

1. Basic information

The Operator of internet pages www.koba.sk is Komerční banka Bratislava, a.s. (hereinafter only "the Operator") that is, pursuant to Act No. 618/2003 Coll., on Copyright Law, on Rights Related to This Law (The Copyright Act), authorized to exercise property rights to relevant internet pages.

The Operator hereby issues conditions for the use of www.koba.sk internet pages (hereinafter only "the Conditions"). These conditions pertain each and every person that intends to use or is already using www.koba.sk pages (hereinafter only "the User").

2. How to use www.koba.sk pages

The Operator can fully or partially condition, in terms of the Act No. 428/2002 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended, an access to www.koba.sk pages demanding some personal data of the User. In such case, the Operator is obliged to dispose of respective data in conformity with applicable laws but always so that any detrimental impact to any related person would be prevented.

Without Operator's approval, the User is authorized to use www.koba.sk pages (whole or single parts) for his personal needs exclusively. Usage for any other purpose is subject to previous approval of the Operator in accordance with the Copyright Act. Access and utilization of www.koba.sk pages for personal needs is free of charge.
